Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at SienaShop. Following are the terms and conditions that form our shipping policy. We aim to process and ship your order as quickly as possible so you can enjoy your new items!

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods and Costs

We offer two shipping options to the contiguous United States: Economy and Standard. We do not currently offer international shipping.

The following shipping options are available at checkout:

Please note:

  • Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

  • The shipping cost for orders over 5 lbs using the Standard method will be calculated at checkout based on the total weight and destination.

  • Free Economy Shipping is automatically applied to all orders of $75.00 or more (before tax and after discounts).

Do You Ship Internationally?

We currently only ship within the United States. We are not able to ship to international addresses, P.O. Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

How Can I Track My Order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website.

If you checked out as a guest, you can use the tracking link from your email or contact us at  hello@sienashop.co for assistance.

Shipping Delays

Sometimes, delays can happen that are outside of our control, such as severe weather, carrier issues, or customs hold-ups for international orders (if applicable in the future).

While we provide estimated delivery times, SienaShop is not responsible for delays once the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier. The provided tracking information will be your best source for the most up-to-date delivery status.

**What if My Order Is Lost or Damaged?

While it is rare, packages can sometimes get lost in transit or arrive damaged.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please first check with your neighbors and your local post office. If you are unable to locate the package, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date, and we will help you file a claim with the shipping carrier.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at hello@sienashop.co with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and correct shipping address at the time of purchase. If you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at hello@sienashop.co. If your order has not yet been processed, we will do our best to update it.

SienaShop is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or invalid address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the order.
