Return and refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from SienaShop. However, due to the custom nature of our products, we have a strict policy regarding returns and refunds. Please read this policy carefully.

Returns & Refunds for Quality Issues

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or has a printing error, we will gladly replace it or issue a full refund.

To be eligible for a return due to a quality issue, you must:

  • Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Provide photographs or a video clearly showing the issue (e.g., misprint, damage, defect).

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/replacement. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, or a replacement will be shipped to you at no cost.

What is NOT Eligible for Return or Refund?

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds for the following reasons:

  • Choosing the wrong size or color.

  • Changing your mind about a product.

  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.

  • Package not received due to an incorrect address.

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or used.

Please refer to our sizing charts and product descriptions carefully before ordering. When in doubt, we recommend sizing up.

Return Shipping for Quality Issues

If you are returning an item due to a quality issue (our error), we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.

Exchanges

The only exchange we offer is for an identical replacement item for one that is defective or damaged. We do not offer exchanges for size or color changes.
